Yes. Kitesurfing is accessible to most people with a normal level of fitness. Age is not a barrier: both teenagers and adults can start, with lessons always adapted to each student's level and abilities.
No previous experience is required. Our courses are designed for all levels. Beginners progress step by step from scratch, while experienced students advance faster with adapted lessons.
Learning time depends on each person and the type of course. Private lessons speed up progression, while group courses provide steady improvement over time, reaching basic riding in the first sessions. With consistency, students can quickly progress toward independent riding and basic maneuvers.
All equipment is included in the course. We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, water and sunglasses for the first sessions. We provide all technical gear needed for practice.
We work with leading brands such as North Kiteboarding, Ocean Rodeo and Mystic. Equipment is regularly renewed to ensure safety, comfort and better learning progression.
Tarifa offers wind conditions for most of the year, allowing learning in almost any season. However, spring to autumn usually provides the most stable teaching conditions.
No, kitesurfing does not require much strength. It depends more on technique and control of the equipment than physical power. A normal fitness level is enough to learn and progress.
